Responsabilités

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
    • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and plan for recruitment initiatives.
  2. Employee Relations:

    • Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, offering guidance and support to managers and employees.
    • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations as necessary.
    • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
  3. Performance Management:

    • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
    • Work with managers to assess employee performance, identify areas for development, and implement improvement plans.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management techniques.
  4. Compensation & Benefits:

    • Oversee compensation and benefits plans to ensure competitive positioning within the market.
    • Manage payroll and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
    • Conduct regular market analysis to maintain competitive salary structures.
  5. Compliance & Legal:

    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
    • Update and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with current laws and regulations.
    • Manage and report on all employee-related metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
  6. Training & Development:

    • Identify training needs within the organization and develop programs to address these needs.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  7. HR Strategy & Planning:

    • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
    • Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth and culture.
    • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership for decision-making.
  8. Talent Management:

    • Oversee talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development.
    • Manage and develop talent acquisition and retention strategies.
    • Lead initiatives to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.

Exigences scolaires

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field/ Master’s degree or HR certification 

Expérience requise

4-6 years of experience in HR

  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
