Responsabilités

  • Conduct regular inspections and tests on products or services to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Identify defects or deviations from specifications and take corrective actions.
  • Document and report quality issues to management and recommend solutions.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to established procedures and standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement in production processes to enhance product quality.
  • Work with the production team to implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards, regulations, and certifications (e.g., ISO, GMP).
  • Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for product testing.
  • Validate test results and ensure that products meet the required specifications.
  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to address quality issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, including test results, inspection reports, and audit findings.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management.
  • Ensure proper documentation of any non-conformities and corrective actions taken.
  • Train production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Develop training materials and conduct quality-related training sessions.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify potential risks.
  • Participate in external audits conducted by clients, regulatory bodies, or certification organizations.
  • Implement risk management strategies to minimize quality-related risks.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement projects.

    • Exigences scolaires

    Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field. Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus.

    Expérience requise

    3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related role.
