Responsibilities

Procurement Management

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts according to Educate!'s cost culture, and establish strong relationships to secure favorable terms.

Visitor and Vendor Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience while adhering to the health and safety standards of Educate!
• Coordinate logistics for visitor arrivals, including transportation, accommodations, and meeting schedules.

Purchasing and Inventory Control

• Oversee the purchasing process, from identifying needs to receiving and inspecting goods.
• Monitor and manage office inventory levels, ensuring essential supplies are always available.

Administrative Support and Event Management

• Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and meetings as needed.
• Maintain and update office records, ensuring confidentiality and security of data.
• Collaborate with team members to support various operational tasks and projects.

Educational requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience requirements

3-4 years of experience

Additional requirements

• Strong technical proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with procurement software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and work collaboratively within a team.
• A proactive and independent work ethic: Ability to work independently while also contributing to team goals in a fast-paced environment.
