Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets

• Set, monitor, and report on KPIs and metrics aligned with company revenue goals

• Analyze sales data using Excel and other tools to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement

• Drive personal sales alongside team performance to contribute directly to revenue

• Develop and execute strategies for client retention, acquisition, and reseller growth

• Prepare and deliver tailored sales pitches and presentations to high-level corporate clients

• Mentor and coach sales team members based on performance insights and market demands

• Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with overall business objectives

• Oversee the development of effective sales processes, tools, and reporting systems

• Identify and explore new sales channels, routes to market, and partnership opportunities

Exigences scolaires

Bachelor in Business administration or public marketing

Expérience requise

3-4 years of experience

Exigences supplémentaires

• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Mandatory experience with CRM systems for managing pipelines, reporting, and customer data

• Advanced Excel proficiency (data analysis, dashboards, reporting)

• Ability to work with KPIs and metrics to manage performance

• Strong understanding of different sales channels, including direct sales, resellers, and distribution partners

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging C-level and procurement decision-makers

• Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented approach

• Ability to balance hands-on selling with management responsibilities
