Responsibilities

1. Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods.
3. Ensure optimal utilization of warehouse space and resources.
5. Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
1. 1. Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve logistics issues.
2. 1. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
3. 1. Coordinate with procurement, sales, and production teams for demand planning and inventory requirements.
4. 1. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements in the warehouse.
5. 1. Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
   2. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction in logistics operations.
6. 1. Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.

Educational requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience requirements

4–5 years of proven experience in warehouse and logistics management.

Additional requirements

1. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics software, and inventory management systems.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
1. 1. Familiarity with transportation regulations and documentation.
2. 1. Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS).
4. 1. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
