Responsabilités
Process and manage payroll for all employees on a monthly/bi-weekly basis.
Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, wages, bonuses, deductions, and taxes.
Maintain and update payroll records, including attendance, leave, and benefits data.
Prepare payroll reports and statements for management and audits.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., PF, ESI, TDS, labor laws).
Handle payroll-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
Liaise with finance and HR teams for accurate data collection and verification.
Manage payroll software and systems, ensuring accuracy and updates as required.
Assist with year-end payroll activities and statutory filings.
Keep up to date with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
Exigences scolaires
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
Expérience requise
2–3 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
