Responsabilités

Oversee the country’s financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Ensure compliance with local tax laws, statutory regulations, and internal financial policies.

Lead month-end and year-end financial close processes in coordination with global finance.

Prepare timely financial reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making.

Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.

Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure financial health and operational efficiency.

Lead the audit process and coordinate with external auditors.

Supervise and develop the finance team, ensuring high standards of performance and compliance.

Exigences scolaires

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA/ACCA preferred).

Expérience requise

5-7 years of experience in finance, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.

Exigences supplémentaires

Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and IFRS.
