Responsabilités
✅Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day administration (mail, filing, contract management, insurance, subscriptions, etc.)
✅Update internal procedures
✅Manage the purchase of supplies and relations with external service providers
✅Drafting, proofreading and translation of administrative documents into English if necessary
✅Organization of travel, events and meetings (often with English-speaking contacts)
✅Administrative follow-up of staff: contracts, amendments, medical visits, absences, leave, HR files
✅Preparation of variable payroll elements and transmission to the external firm
✅Follow-up of training, professional interviews, mutual insurance/provident insurance, occupational medicine
✅Contribution to the recruitment process (dissemination of offers, pre-selection, organization of interviews)
✅Support to the management on HR and social monitoring topics
✅Transmission of accounting documents to the external firm
✅Invoices tracking, reminders and payments
✅Coordination with internal finance teams for document management and deadlines.
Exigences scolaires
🏅Bac +2/3 in management, accounting, finance, administration or HR
Expérience requise
🏅Minimum 3 years in an equivalent position, preferably in an international environment or dynamic SMEs
Exigences supplémentaires
🏅Good command of office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
🏅Solid HR and administrative knowledge
🏅Ability to work with an accounting firm and follow financial processes
🏅Fluency in professional English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 to C1 level)
