Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage catering and
facility management projects across multiple sites.
• Ensure high-quality service
delivery while maintaining cost efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Supervise teams across various
locations and ensure performance targets are consistently met.
• Coordinate with clients,
vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct risk assessments and
implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement
and uphold company values in service delivery.
• Monitor project progress,
prepare reports, and present updates to senior management.
• Foster a culture of safety,
quality, and customer satisfaction across all operations.
Educational requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business
Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Experience requirements
• Minimum of 5 years’ managerial
experience in project management or operational leadership roles.
Additional requirements
• Prior experience in the
Catering or Hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership,
organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple
priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills
and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
and project management tools.
