Responsibilities

Thoroughly investigate local market needs and potential client profiles to identify opportunities and risks.

✅Conduct on-site loan evaluation visits with clients and prospects to concretely assess their financial and operational situation.

✅Prepare detailed and well-reasoned credit investigation reports, including rigorous financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and clear recommendations.

✅Present credit files and obtain necessary approvals from the company's risk control department.

✅Actively participate in the negotiation and signing of sales, rental, or lease contracts, ensuring the company's interests are protected.

✅Assist with the coordination and monitoring of equipment delivery, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

✅Manage insurance claims and warranty activation after delivery when needed, acting as the interface between the client and insurers.

✅Ensure rigorous follow-up and proactive collection of rents and payment deadlines, implementing appropriate reminder procedures.

✅Take charge of managing overdue accounts and litigation files, collaborating with internal departments and external partners (law firms, towing companies) for the recovery of delinquent equipment if necessary.

✅Regularly prepare various sales and performance reports related to credit activity, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement.

✅Participate in various trade shows and industry associations (e.g., ✅Construction & Public Works, finance) to promote our financing offers and expand the company's network.

Educational requirements

🏅Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac +3 equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Financial Management, Accounting, or an equivalent field.

Experience requirements

🏅Significant experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a similar role within the credit, financial risk control, leasing, or credit sales sector, ideally in a B2B environment.

🏅Experience in the equipment distribution sector (e.g., construction, industrial) is a plus.

Additional requirements

🏅Excellent understanding of the fundamental principles of leasing and financing mechanisms.

🏅Proven mastery of credit risk assessment, financial analysis, and solvency modeling.

🏅Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.

🏅Rigor, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

🏅Autonomy and proactivity in managing cases.

🏅A professional certificate such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), FRM (Financial Risk Manager), or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is preferred.

🏅Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential, as it is a key working language. Proficiency in Chinese is also a valuable asset.
