Responsibilities

Assist in monitoring human, financial, and material resources.

Recruits, develops, supervises, and motivates employees to instil a team spirit in order to meet customer needs;

Drafting employment contracts, archiving, and day-to-day management of all contractual documents relating to temporary employees (job offers, contracts, requests for explanations, disciplinary measures, termination letters, employment certificates, etc.)

Maintain and update attendance records, contracts, and operational documents.

Submit weekly operational updates and branch activity reports.

Support the implementation of SOPs and administrative controls.

Coordinate communication between Operations, HR, Finance, Audit, and GM.

Collect recruitment documents and support onboarding processes.

Assist with NSSF registration and ensure employee documentation is complete.

Track attendance, performance issues, and disciplinary concerns for reporting.

Support communication flow between employees and departments.

Assist supervisors in client communication and escalation of issues.

Follow up on manpower changes, deployment updates, and incident reporting.

 Support accident monitoring and ensure proper incident documentation.

Assist in procurement follow-up, inventory tracking, and supply availability.

Support supply chain tasks to minimize operational costs.

Collect payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, and allowances.

Assist payroll verification for deductions, variances, and accuracy.

Respond to payroll data queries with correct information.

 Support compliance with labour code, company policies, and operational standards.

Participates in safety meetings and ensures accident prevention and reporting 

Educational requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.

Experience requirements

1–2 years experience in administrative, HR, or operational support roles.

Additional requirements

Good organizational and reporting skills.

Ability to multitask and handle competing deadlines.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
