We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead our newly established FPA department. This is a unique opportunity to build and develop the FPA function from the ground up, working closely with our executive team to drive financial strategy and decision-making. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, and will be instrumental in guiding our organization to new heights of financial performance.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

1. ·         Establish and Lead the FPA Department: Build, develop and manage the FPA department, setting clear objectives and strategies to ensure financial success.
2. ·         Financial Strategy: Collaborate with Group CFO to develop the company’s financial strategy and provide valuable insights to optimize financial performance.
3. ·         Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, providing accurate financial projections and analysis. Develop rolling forecasts to adapt to changing market conditions.
4. ·         Performance Analysis: Regularly assess financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
5. ·         Financial Reporting: Produce high-quality financial reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate financial results and insights to the executive team and board of directors.
6. ·         Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.
7. ·         Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather data and insights, fostering a collaborative and data-driven culture.
8. ·         Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the FPA function.

 

Exigences scolaires

·         Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.

Expérience requise

·         A minimum of 7 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Exigences supplémentaires

·      ·     Proactive, results-driven, and curious individuals with a strategic mindset.

·      Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting and budgeting.

·       Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

·       Proficiency in financial software and tools – knowledge of SAP/SAGE/BFC/PBC is a plus.

·      Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

·     Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
