Responsabilités

  • Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, dams, water supply, and sewage systems.
  • Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to assess project viability and site conditions.
  • Prepare detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications using CAD software.
  • Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure the safety and stability of structures.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
  • Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and technical reports.
  • Participate in the environmental impact assessment and mitigation planning.
  • Manage and oversee the work of contractors and construction teams.
  • Ensure that all safety standards and best practices are adhered to on-site.

    • Exigences scolaires

    Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

    Expérience requise

    3-5 years of experience in civil engineering design and construction.

    Exigences supplémentaires

  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and practices.
  • Experience with project management and construction oversight.
  • Understanding of structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one
