Responsabilités

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, network engineers, and helpdesk support staff.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and manage IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security protocols to protect company data and systems. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external IT vendors,negotiate contracts, and oversee the procurement of IT hardware and software.
  • System Administration: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware systems.
  • Technical Support: Provide high-level technical support to resolve complex IT issues and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Budget Management: Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while meeting the company’s technology needs.
  • Disaster Recovery & Backup: Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and backup procedures to ensure business continuity.
  • Training & Development: Provide training and resources to staff to enhance their IT skills and ensure they are up-to-date with the latest technologies.

    • Exigences scolaires

    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

    Expérience requise

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT management or a related role, with a proven track record of managing teams and IT projects.

  • Exigences supplémentaires

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
  • Proficiency in network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
