Responsabilités

  • Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies that support the company’s goals, optimize costs, and ensure the quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, service, and reliability. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions. Ensure all contracts comply with legal and company requirements.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and control procurement costs, seeking opportunities for cost reduction and value improvement. Prepare and manage the procurement budget.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all procured goods and services meet the company’s quality standards and specifications. Work with suppliers to resolve any quality issues.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure that inventory levels are optimized and aligned with procurement activities.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Supplier Performance: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring that suppliers meet the company’s requirements and expectations. Implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and new products or services. Use this information to inform procurement decisions.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, including cost savings, supplier performance, and market trends. Present findings to senior management.
  • Exigences scolaires

    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management

    Expérience requise

  • 4-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Exigences supplémentaires

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ariba).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
