Responsabilités

  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed financial projections and analysis. Monitor actual performance against budget, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Audit Management: Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring that all audit findings are addressed promptly. Maintain relationships with auditors and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations. Optimize working capital and manage relationships with financial institutions.
  • Tax Compliance: Oversee tax planning and compliance, ensuring timely and accurate filing of all tax returns. Work with external tax advisors to optimize tax strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Implement best practices in financial management.
  • Strategic Support: Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making by the executive team. Participate in long-term financial planning and risk management.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other applicable laws. Keep up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and standards.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and profitability analysis. Provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.

    • Exigences scolaires

    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

    Expérience requise

    2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
