Responsabilités

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Manage visitor logbooks and issue visitor badges as required.
  • Notify appropriate personnel of visitor arrivals.
  • Provide basic information to visitors and clients about the company.
  • Respond to general inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Coordinate courier services when needed.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms as needed.
  • Maintain and update contact lists and company directories.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Exigences scolaires

    Diploma in front office management

    Expérience requise

    1-2experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.

    Exigences supplémentaires

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Customer service-oriented with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
