Responsabilités


  • Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Engage in discovery processes, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and depositions.
  • Prepare witnesses and evidence for court proceedings.
  • Assist in managing a caseload of litigation matters, including civil, commercial, and corporate disputes.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents.
  • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Work closely with senior attorneys, partners, and other legal staff to develop case strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss case progress and coordinate tasks.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for client meetings.
  • Ensure all legal activities comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client information and legal matters.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect ongoing cases.

    • Exigences scolaires

    Bachelor in law

    Expérience requise

    2-4 years of experience in litigation, preferably in [specific area of law, e.g., commercial, civil, intellectual property].

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
