Responsabilités

  • Technical Expertise: Understand and effectively communicate the technical aspects and advantages of company products to customers.
  • Solution Design: Work with clients to analyze their requirements and design custom solutions that fit their needs.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical workshops for customers and prospects.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and providing technical documentation.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers and provide post-sales support as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product development teams to stay updated on product developments and provide feedback based on customer needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather insights from customers and industry trends to help shape future product development.
  • Training and Documentation: Prepare and deliver technical training to internal teams and clients.
  • Exigences scolaires

    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

    Expérience requise

     2 years in a technical sales .

    Exigences supplémentaires

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
