Responsabilités

  • Leadership: Provide strong, decisive leadership for all company departments, setting clear priorities and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business strategies to meet company goals and objectives, while aligning with the organization’s overall mission and vision.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all departments.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage company finances, including budget planning, P&L accountability, and cost control to ensure profitability.
  • Performance Management: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all departments, implementing corrective actions when needed.
  • Sales & Marketing: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Human Resources: Oversee HR functions, including hiring, performance evaluations, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the business complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and internal policies.
  • Reporting: Regularly report to the CEO and/or Board of Directors on company performance and areas for improvement.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities for growth, expansion, and market penetration.
  • Exigences scolaires

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration

    Expérience requise

    3-5 years of experience in managerial position.

    Exigences supplémentaires

  • Strong understanding of business functions such as finance, sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in developing and executing business strategies.
  • Proficient in using business management software (e.g., ERP, CRM).
