Responsabilités

  •  Work with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather business requirements, and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Analyze business processes and data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and recommend solutions that improve business operations, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
  •  Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), process maps, and functional specifications for development teams.
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure that proposed solutions meet business goals and are delivered on time.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure that new systems and processes meet business requirements before deployment.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline and optimize existing business processes through automation and innovative solutions.
  •  Facilitate meetings and communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed on project status, timelines, and risks.
  •  Support the change management process by helping teams adapt to new systems, tools, and processes.

    • Exigences scolaires

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

    Expérience requise

     2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

    Exigences supplémentaires

  • Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools, process mapping software).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
