Responsabilités

  •  Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth in the commercial sector.
  •  Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing direction and motivation to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals with commercial clients.
  • Oversee relationships with major accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Act as the main point of contact for high-profile clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activity within the commercial sales space.
  • Track sales performance, create forecasts, and provide regular reports to senior management on key metrics such as revenue, sales targets, and pipeline status.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure that client needs are met and that sales strategies are aligned with business goals.
  •  Provide ongoing training and development to the sales team to improve product knowledge, sales skills, and overall performance.
  •  Develop pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure profitability on commercial deals.
  • Use CRM systems to manage customer relationships, sales pipelines, and deal progression. Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Exigences scolaires

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

    Expérience requise

    2-3 years of proven experience in commercial sales or a sales leadership role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of the commercial market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
