Responsabilités

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that ensure the timely acquisition of quality materials at the best possible prices.
  •  Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure reliable sources of supply. Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.
  • Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  •  Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with production teams to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
  • Manage the logistics and transportation of goods, including coordination of shipments, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Continuously analyze procurement and logistics costs and identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  •  Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, such as supplier issues, transportation delays, or geopolitical factors.
  •  Ensure all procurement and logistics activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies. Maintain accurate documentation and records.
  •  Work closely with production, finance, and quality assurance teams to align procurement and logistics activities with business needs.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement and logistics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  •  Leverage procurement and logistics management software to streamline operations and enhance visibility across the supply chain.

    • Exigences scolaires

    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Expérience requise

    3-5 years of experience  in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management.

    Exigences supplémentaires

  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
  • In-depth understanding of logistics, transportation, and warehousing operations.
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
