Responsabilités

  •  Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, ensuring that all project tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  •  Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, status reports, and risk registers.
  • Support the management of project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use and timely reporting on expenditures.
  • Track the progress of projects, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to the project manager.
  •  Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  •  Ensure that project activities comply with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project-related events, and ensure that all logistical needs are met.
  •  Assist in quality control processes to ensure that deliverables meet the required standards.
  •  Assist in the closure of projects by ensuring all deliverables are completed, final reports are submitted, and lessons learned are documented.

    • Exigences scolaires

    Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Expérience requise

    1-2 years of  experience  in project management, coordination, or administration.

    Exigences supplémentaires

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
