Responsabilités

  •  Develop and oversee production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing the use of resources.
  •  Lead, motivate, and manage the production team, providing guidance and training to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure that products meet the company’s quality standards by implementing and monitoring quality assurance programs.
  •  Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability, including managing budgets, reducing waste, and improving production efficiencies.
  •  Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes, reduce downtime, and increase output.
  • Ensure that all safety procedures are followed, maintain a safe working environment, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  •  Coordinate with the supply chain team to manage raw material and inventory levels, ensuring that production is not disrupted by shortages.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to ensure minimal downtime and smooth operation.
  • Monitor key production metrics (e.g., output, efficiency, downtime) and provide regular reports to senior management on production performance.
  •  Work closely with other departments such as engineering, quality control, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless production operations.
  • Forecast production needs and adjust schedules and resources accordingly to meet fluctuations in demand.

    • Exigences scolaires

    Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.

    Expérience requise

    3-5 years of  experience in a production or manufacturing management role.

    Exigences supplémentaires

  • Strong understanding of production processes, workflows, and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in production management software (e.g., ERP systems) and MS Office.
