Responsabilités

  • Arrange and schedule shipments (both domestic and international) and coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, shipping labels, and export/import permits as required.
  •  Ensure shipments comply with local and international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
  • Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams, to provide updates on the status of shipments.
  •  Monitor and negotiate shipping rates with carriers and freight forwarders to ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining service quality.
  •  Maintain detailed records of all shipments, including tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and shipping expenses.
  • Address and resolve issues that may arise during transit, including delays, damages, or discrepancies in orders.
  •  Ensure that all goods are packaged properly and meet safety and quality standards to prevent damage during shipping.
  •  Provide regular reports on shipping status, costs, and any potential issues to the Logistics Manager or relevant stakeholders.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding the status of shipments and provide timely resolutions to any delivery-related problems.

    Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or shipping

    Expérience requise

    1-2 years of experience in shipping

    Exigences supplémentaires

  • Knowledge of shipping regulations, documentation requirements, and international trade laws.
  • Familiarity with freight carriers, transportation methods, and Incoterms.
  • Proficient in shipping software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
