Responsabilités

  • Develop audit plans based on risk assessments.
  • Perform detailed audits on financial, operational, and compliance areas within the organization.
  • Ensure audits are conducted according to established internal audit standards.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems.
  • Identify and assess areas of risk and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Prepare detailed audit reports outlining key findings, risks, and recommendations.
  • Present findings to senior management and recommend changes to improve business processes.
  • Monitor implementation of corrective actions and improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to financial, operational, and legal compliance.
  • Stay updated with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Work closely with departments across the organization to understand processes and identify areas of improvement.
  • Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders as necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Implement best practices in audit procedures and techniques.

    • Exigences scolaires

    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

    Expérience requise

     3-5 years of experience in internal auditing, risk management, or financial auditing.

    Exigences supplémentaires

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in audit software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of internal controls, auditing standards, and risk management frameworks.
