Responsabilités

  • Develop, implement, and manage the operational strategies aligned with the company's objectives and goals.
  • Work with the CEO to set comprehensive goals for performance, growth, and long-term operational excellence.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient resource allocation across all departments.
  • Provide leadership and direction to department heads, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance.
  • Mentor and develop managers to ensure operational efficiency and leadership succession within the company.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and implement necessary training programs.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement systems that increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Establish performance benchmarks, conduct regular reviews, and initiate improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT to introduce new technologies that optimize operational processes.
  • Develop and manage the company’s operational budget, ensuring that resources are used effectively and within budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective measures.
  • Work closely with the CFO to ensure financial strategies align with operational goals.
  • Assess and manage the risks associated with operational activities and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with other executive leaders (e.g., CFO, CTO, CMO) to ensure that operations support the company’s overall business goals.
  • Facilitate communication and cooperation across departments to ensure alignment with company strategy

    Exigences scolaires

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).

    Expérience requise

    2-3 years of proven experience in a senior leadership role
