Responsabilités

  • Develop, manage, and track the company’s financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential areas of improvement.
  • Provide financial insights to management, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure that budget allocations align with organizational objectives.
  • Prepare regular financial forecasts, adjusting for changes in business operations or market conditions.
  • Monitor actual performance against the budget and provide variance analysis.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow) in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve financial efficiency.
  • Review company expenses and financial processes to ensure the best use of resources.
  • Monitor operational expenses and implement controls to keep costs within approved budgets.
  • Manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations and investments.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency, interest rate, and credit risks.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and legal teams to ensure compliance and manage audits.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, including accountants and analysts.
  • Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular reviews, and provide guidance for career growth.
  • Provide financial analysis and support for key business decisions, including investments, capital expenditures, and mergers or acquisitions.
  • Partner with department heads to ensure that financial goals align with business objectives.
  • Implement and manage financial management systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Continually review and improve financial processes and internal controls to maintain compliance and increase operational efficiency.

    • Exigences scolaires

    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or Master’s degree preferred).
    Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are highly desirable.

    Expérience requise

    5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

    Exigences supplémentaires

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, data modeling, and report generation using tools like Excel.
  • Familiarity with financial management systems and databases.
