Responsabilités

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Assist in new employee onboarding, including preparing offer letters, coordinating orientation sessions, and collecting required documentation.
  • Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring data is secure and compliant with regulations.
  • Update employee information in HR systems and databases, including changes in employment status, promotions, and terminations.
  • Assist in auditing employee files to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Help employees with benefits-related questions, claims, and changes.
  • Coordinate open enrollment periods and ensure timely communication with employees regarding their benefits options.
  • Provide guidance and clarification to employees on company policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Assist with the creation and updating of HR policies and ensure they are communicated to employees.
  • Help ensure that company policies are compliant with local, state, and federal labor laws.
  • Assist with payroll preparation, including verifying timecards, calculating hours worked, and ensuring accurate employee information.
  • Coordinate with the finance or payroll department to resolve payroll issues or discrepancies.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, vacation time, and other compensation matters.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related concerns, escalating issues to the HR Manager when necessary.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, workshops, and employee recognition programs.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and provide support for employee discipline or performance management procedures.
  • Assist with maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations, including tracking employee eligibility for leave, ensuring workplace safety requirements, and filing necessary documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and other HR metrics.
  • Assist with internal and external audits related to HR compliance.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs, ensuring employees are enrolled in necessary courses or certifications.

    Exigences scolaires

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

    Expérience requise

    1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
