Responsabilités

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients.
  • Maintain and nurture client relationships through regular meetings and communication.
  • Identify and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Identify potential opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling services/products.
  • Meet sales targets and objectives, including increasing client retention and portfolio growth.
  • Assist in developing proposals and product/service presentations to meet client requirements.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Gather necessary client documentation and perform initial due diligence.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and management.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring that client information is up-to-date.
  • Prepare regular reports on client feedback, performance metrics, and relationship outcomes.
  • Work closely with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are addressed efficiently and accurately.

    • Exigences scolaires

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing  or related field.

    Expérience requise

    1-2 years of  experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management roles.

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
