Responsabilités

Oversee the entire design process, from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery of architectural projects within budget constraints.

Work closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and goals. Present design concepts, make adjustments based on feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.

Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations. Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction.

Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to develop and execute construction plans. Provide guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Incorporate sustainable architecture practices and green building solutions into designs, promoting energy efficiency and environmental responsibility.

Utilize architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other digital tools to produce drawings, 3D models, and construction documents.

 Monitor construction progress to ensure the project meets design specifications and quality standards. Address any issues that arise during the construction phase.

 Prepare cost estimates and work with project managers to manage project budgets effectively.

Exigences scolaires

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

Expérience requise

3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.

Exigences supplémentaires

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and methods.

Experience with sustainable architecture and LEED certification (preferred).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
