Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation system for projects and programs
• Collect, compile, and analyze data to identify trends and insights
• Prepare detailed reports on the progress and outcomes of projects
• Assess the effectiveness and impact of the various programs and initiatives
• Develop and utilize effective data collection tools and methodologies
• Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders regarding project outcomes and improvements
• Provide technical advice to project teams regarding monitoring and evaluation methods
• Train and guide staff in carrying out their monitoring and evaluation responsibilities
• Ensure that all monitoring and evaluations are conducted in accordance with ethical standards and practices
• Provide recommendations for improving project performance and efficiency

Exigences scolaires

Bachelor in project management 

Expérience requise

• 2-3 years of  experience as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist or similar role

Exigences supplémentaires

• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Proficiency in data analysis software and database management
• Strong analytical and report writing skills
• Ability to present data in a comprehensive and detailed manner
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
