Responsabilités


Schedule meetings and appointments. 

Organize the office layout. 

Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs. 

Organize office operations and procedures. 

Provide general support to visitors / Front desk and customer facing. 

Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues


Liaise with facility management vendors.

Support other departments with Visa application and Air ticket arrangement. • Process incoming order and ensure accurate entry in the ERP system. • Track order status and communicate updates to customers/sales rep • Follow up with account department for order release/approval and payment processing-what kind of payment are you referring here? • Work together with warehouse ensure timely delivery of goods. • Coordinate with sales and warehouse to facilitate timely delivery of products. • Manage sales order entry, track order status and ensure accurate processing of customer’s order. • Perform monthly sales and EFD reconciliation.


Exigences scolaires

Advanced diploma

Expérience requise

2-3 years of experience in customer service role

Exigences supplémentaires


• Organizing skills

• Attention to detail

• Excellent communication Skills in Swahili and English

• Accuracy in their numerical abilities

• Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or administrative assistant

• Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures

• Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
