Responsabilités

  • Collect, compile, and analyze HR data such as employee turnover rates, hiring trends, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare and present reports on key HR metrics to assist leadership in decision-making.
  • Identify trends and recommend strategies to improve HR processes and outcomes.
  • Manage and maintain HR systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Work with IT and other stakeholders to troubleshoot system issues and implement upgrades or enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations 
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Provide analytics support for recruitment, including candidate pipeline metrics, time-to-hire analysis, and diversity hiring efforts.
  • Analyze employee performance data and contribute to succession planning efforts.
  • Assist in developing workforce planning models and forecasts.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives through surveys, focus groups, and feedback analysis.
  • Monitor employee turnover and retention data, providing recommendations to improve employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and HR policies.
  • Assist with HR audits and risk assessments to identify and address any non-compliance or areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to support organizational change management initiatives.
  • Exigences scolaires

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Expérience requise

    2-3 years in an HR analytics or similar role.

    Exigences supplémentaires

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
