Responsabilités
Design and own a learning roadmap based on talent data and diagnosis of organization,leadership, team, and individual learning needs in partnership with leaders and HoD.
• Increase the capability of company’s people managers by crafting and delivering innovative programs that make learning stick
• Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
• Develops training and development programs and objectives.
• Partner with the Diversity and Inclusion to design and implement programs specifically tied to our organization's D&I commitments
Exigences scolaires
MBA/ PGDBM is HR/IR
Expérience requise
At least 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position.
Exigences supplémentaires
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
• Experience in project management and budgeting
• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
