Responsabilités

·       Configure eNodeB RF parameters according to the network design specifications.

·       Auditing of the RF parameters based on the database.

·       Validation and updating of the neighbor table.

·       Optimizing the neighbor parameters based on network performance. Validating configurations and troubleshooting issues during the testing phase.

·       Analyze performance data and optimize eNodeB settings to improve network quality and efficiency.

·       Implement parameter optimization based on DT and OSS performance analysis.

·       Analyse the drive test data for RF optimization of field parameters and EMS parameters if required.

·       Validate the functionality of the eNodeB based on the drive test and OSS KPIs.

·       Prepare/Validate the KPIs and DT reports for the sites.

·       Provide technical support for field engineers and resolve on-site issues.

·       Provide technical detailing for the organization’s features and support.

·       Interact with the customer and LSP.

Exigences scolaires

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, Computer science, Telecommunications, or a related field

Expérience requise

8-10 years of demonstrated experience as an RF engineer in the telecom industry

Exigences supplémentaires

·       Knowledge of RF hardware systems and testing equipment.

·       Proficiency in French and English
