Responsabilités

✅Development and implementation of the safety policy:

- Develop and implement a safety management system in accordance with current regulations and best practices in the mining sector.

- Identify and assess risks related to mining activities (extraction, transport, processing, etc.).

✅Accident and incident management:

- Conduct in-depth investigations into accidents and incidents (cause analysis, identification of responsibilities, etc.).

- Implement corrective and preventive actions

- Monitor safety performance indicators (frequency rate, severity rate, etc.).

✅Staff training and awareness:

- Develop and deliver safety training to all staff (operators, technicians, managers, etc.).

- Promote a positive safety culture within the company.

✅Supervision and control:

- Supervise safety teams and subcontractors in terms of safety.

- Carry out regular inspections of facilities and equipment to verify their compliance.

✅Regulatory and technological monitoring:

- Ensure constant monitoring of new technologies, best safety practices and regulatory developments in the mining sector.

Exigences scolaires

Mastery in Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management

Expérience requise

Mandatory experience in the mining or oil and gas sector

Exigences supplémentaires

At least 5 to 10 years of experience
