Responsabilités

  • Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
  • Administer health insurance programs
  • Implement training and development plans
  • Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions and rewards management.
  • Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra overtime)
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
  • Forecast hiring needs and ensure the end to end recruitment process runs smoothly
  • Develop, review and implement HR policies throughout the organization
  • Monitor budgets by department
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
  • Administration of all company activities.
  • Onboarding and offboarding employees.
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation

Exigences scolaires

Bachelor in  Human Resource Management

Expérience requise

  • Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR.

Exigences supplémentaires


  • Working in the FMCG sector is preferred
  • HR Management and HR Policies knowledge
  • Experience in managing employee benefits
  • Good understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Relevant HR certifications or degrees in Human Resources or a related field
