Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
Set, monitor, and report on KPIs and metrics aligned with company revenue goals
Analyze sales data using Excel and other tools to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement
Drive personal sales alongside team performance to contribute directly to revenue
Develop and execute strategies for client retention, acquisition, and reseller growth
Prepare and deliver tailored sales pitches and presentations to high-level corporate clients
Mentor and coach sales team members based on performance insights and market demands
Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
Oversee the development of effective sales processes, tools, and reporting systems
Identify and explore new sales channels, routes to market, and partnership opportunities
Educational requirements
Bachelor in Business administration or public marketing
Experience requirements
3-4 years of experience
Additional requirements
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Mandatory experience with CRM systems for managing pipelines, reporting, and customer data
Advanced Excel proficiency (data analysis, dashboards, reporting)
Ability to work with KPIs and metrics to manage performance
Strong understanding of different sales channels, including direct sales, resellers, and distribution partners
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging C-level and procurement decision-makers
Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
Ability to balance hands-on selling with management responsibilities
