Responsabilités

• - Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic objectives 
• - Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals 
• - Represent The Company at relevant local events and forums to increase visibility and market presence .
• Oversee daily operations of the subsidiary, ensuring efficiency across all departments
• - Supervise the tech and ops teams to ensure smooth execution of installation and service plans
• - Support installation planning and inventory control to avoid stockouts or operational delays
• Ensure legal compliance and reporting requirements for the Tanzanian entity
• - Oversee budget tracking, invoicing, revenue collection, and petty cash management
• - Liaise with regional finance and operations teams to ensure alignment and support

  - Take full ownership of the subsidiary’s performance, treating it like a standalone business

  - Build and nurture a strong local team; recruit and train as needed 

  - Collaborate effectively with regional managers for strategic alignment and execution 

  - Proactively identify opportunities for growth, including potential market expansion within the region

Exigences scolaires

Bachelor in business administration,

Expérience requise

- 3 - 4 Years of experience in the Tech Industry. 

Exigences supplémentaires

- Strong leadership experience in managing multi-functional teams or business units - Proven track record in business development, sales, or operations 

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in a growth environment
