Our client, a multinational operating in the field of international maritime transport and integrated logistics, is looking for a Branch Manager to accompany the strong development of its activities in Equatorial Guinea

Job Purpose/Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead the Guinea equatorial Agency. This role is integral in representing the interests of the Carrier, promoting the Group's image, and ensuring the successful execution of sales and customer

service strategies within the scope. The Branch Manager will report directly to the General Manager and serve as the local point of contact for Cluster and RO Functional Managers.

Primary Accountabilities

• Brand promotion and development.

Financial Management: Prepare and execute financial forecasts in collaboration with the Cluster CFO.

Business Development: Monitor the market for new opportunities and develop direct relationships with key customers. Find and develop import and export leads, engage prospects and convert them to the group customer

Sales Leadership: Managing and controlling Sales & Operation activities, define and monitor performance targets to achieve strategic objectives.

Customer centricity: Ensure a quick and proper response to all reasonable customer requests, focusing on customer satisfaction

Reporting & KPI follow up: Gather regional market information, analyse and generate reports including Monthly commercial and all KPI reports.

Team Management: Oversee the local workforce, ensuring compliance with labour regulations and Group policies.

Internal Control & Compliance: Implement internal audit recommendations and report any suspected fraud to management and relevant authorities.

Government and Institutional Liaison: Represent the Group with local authorities and government bodies as required.

• Perform all other duties as maybe assigned by management

Educational requirements

Preferably master’s degree in Transport & Logistics, Marketing, business administration or management.

Experience requirements

At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, shipping – logistics sector

Additional requirements

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Proven experience in commercial management and business development.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of financial and operational processes.

• Accurate and analytical skills.

• Change leader.

• Software / IT Applications.

Bilingual Spanish - English (listening, writing, speaking)

• Knowledge of French is an advantage.
