Responsibilities

      1. Clean and disinfect office areas including reception, workstations, meeting rooms, restrooms, and kitchen/pantry areas
      1. Dust/vacuum, mop floors, and remove trash from bins regularly
      1. Replace supplies such as hand soap, paper towels, tissues, and toilet paper in restrooms and kitchens
      1. Maintain cleanliness of office furniture, windows, and equipment as scheduled
      1. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly
      1. Ensure the availability of cleaning supplies and notify when stock is low
      1. Support in setting up meeting rooms or refreshments during events, when required
      1. Follow office health and safety standards and cleaning protocol
      1.  Perform occasional deep-cleaning tasks as scheduled or requested
      1. Assist with errands or simple tasks (e.g., receiving deliveries) when needed
      1. Any perform any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.   

Educational requirements

    Basic knowledge of cleaning products and safe usage

    Experience requirements

    Proven experience as a housekeeper, cleaner, or janitor (office environment preferred)

        1. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
        1. Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks
        1. Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
        1. Good communication skills and a polite, respectful attitude
        1. Trustworthy and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility
