Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all HR functional tasks for the Subsidiary
Duties
• Supervise Corporate HR policies, procedures and processes and adapt them to the Subsidiary needs.
• Support the Project Managers (PM) to manage peoples on site in line with the company HR processes
• Oversee payroll administration and make all necessary co-ordination to make a smooth and efficient operation (variable compensation, overtime, special payments) & manage external payrolls vendors
• Verify timesheet received from PMs
• Prepare monthly Personnel Expense reports with deviation analysis for Ivory Coast
• Participate in budget preparation for all personnel cost.
• Update personnel records on regular basis (personal details, position, salary, leave records, etc).
• Ensure monthly reports and any other when Management requires
• Review the snapshot (Head Count) report on monthly basis.
• Support tenders process in the area of HR - Personnel Expense input
• Ensure follow up on medicals, insurances, and all other social matters
• Local Staff, Supplementary pension insurance payable by quarter and death invalidity
• Declare new employees on ECNPS platform and submit physical documents to get their social security number
• CNPS CMU contributions to be submitted monthly after closing
• Fill in the file to upload to the ECNPS platform
• Ensure administrative files for the personnel contracts, benefits etc
• Manage and assist expats for their visa and residence permit
• Lead the industrial Relations with Personnel delegates, Trade Union and Labour Inspection
• Inform the labor inspection and mining syndicate (FISMECA) for any movement or any change in the management of employees
• Organize regular meeting with delegates to ensure that concerns of employees are addressed as requirement
• Ensure regular visit to the project site, Tongon, Lafigue, Seguela, etc
• Follow-up of workers' complaints when necessary and inform Management
• Monitoring of contracts and / or revalidation,
• Manage trainee contracts and insurance
• Management the country-wide performance management process
• Any other duties in relation to HR function
Educational requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or Economics
• Knowledge of Computer tools and package (Ms Word, Excel, and Power Point etc.) and other ERP
Experience requirements
At least 5 years’ experience as HR Generalist in a large multinational organization

• Performance management process experience is required for this role
