Responsabilités

• 1: Conceptual Design.
• - Interpret client needs, project objectives, and site conditions to develop initial design concepts and sketches.
• - Create architectural drawings, renderings, and 3D models to communicate design ideas and spatial relationships.
• - Collaborate with clients and project teams to refine designs based on feedback and feasibility assessments.

2: Technical Design.

- Develop detailed architectural plans. elevations, sections, and construction documents using CAD software.

- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements throughout the design process.

- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other specialists to integrate technical systems and specifications into the design.

3: Project Management.

- Lead the architectural design team and oversee project coordination, scheduling and budgeting activities.

- Monitor project progress and address any design-related issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.

- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.

4: Client Engagement.

- Save as the primary point of contact for clients, providing design expertise, guidance, and project updates.

- Present design proposals, progress reports, and presentation to clients and stakeholders for review and approval.

- Cultivate positive client relationships and seek opportunities for future collaboration and referrals.

5: Design Innovation.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the best practices in architectural design and construction.

- Explore innovative design solutions, materials, and construction techniques to enhance project outcomes and sustainability.

- Participate in design competitions, workshops, and professional development activities to foster creativity and expertise.

6: Any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

Exigences scolaires

• - Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Expérience requise

• - Design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• - Strong design sensibility, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• - Project management experience and the ability to lead multidisciplinary.
