Responsabilités
1: Tender Management.
- Prepare and issue tender documents in accordance with project requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate the tendering process, including pre-qualification of suppliers, bid evaluation, and awarding contracts.
- Collaborate with project teams to determine tender requirements and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the tendering process.
2: Procurement.
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and delivery speed.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
- Place purchase orders and expedite deliveries to meet project schedules.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
3: Supplier Relationship Management.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with key suppliers and vendors.
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement improvement plans as necessary.
- Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation and strategic partnerships to enhance procurement efficiency.
4: Inventory Management.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing carrying costs.
- Conduct periodically inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement inventory optimization strategies to streamline procurement processes.
5: Cost Management.
- Monitor procurement budgets and track expenditures against planned costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through process improvements, negotiation, and supplier management.
- Prepare cost analysis reports and recommend cost-effective procurement solutions.
6: Any other duty as assigned by supervisor(s)
Exigences scolaires
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Expérience requise
- Proven experience in procurement, tendering, or supply chain management within the construction industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations, contract law, and market trends.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
