Responsibilities
1: Marketing Strategy.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the firm's services, projects, and brand identity.
- Conduct market research to identify target demographics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and project milestones.
2: Content Creation.
- Create compelling content for marketing collateral, including brochures, website content, case studies, and social media posts.
- Coordinate with design and multimedia teams to produce visual appealing materials that resonate with the target audience.
- Ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all marketing channels and communication platforms.
3: Digital Marketing.
- Manage the firm's online presence through website optimization, search engine marketing (SEM), and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.
-Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertisement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion rates to measure campaign effectiveness.
4: Public Relations.
- Cultivate relationships with media contacts, journalists, and industry influencers to generate positive publicity for the firm.
- Write press releases, articles, and media pitches to garner media coverage and editorial placements.
- Coordinate press events, interviews, and speaking engagements to enhance the firm's visibility and thought leadership.
5: Brand Management.
- Protect and enhance the firm's brand reputation by maintaining consistent messaging and communication standards.
- Monitor online reviews, social media conversations, and industry publications for brand mentions and sentimental analysis.
- Implement crisis communication strategies and manage issues as they arise to mitigate reputational risks.
6: Any other duty as assigned by supervisor(s)
Exigences scolaires
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
Expérience requise
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, media contacts, and industry influencers.
- Creative thinking and strategic planning abilities to develop innovative marketing campaigns and PR initiatives.
