Responsabilités

Job Purpose/Summary

Responsible for managing office activities, support various departments, and maintain efficient communication channels within the organization.

Main Mission/Result Area

Main Responsibilities:

·       Oversee daily administrative operations, including managing office supplies, equipment and facilities.

·       Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space.

·       Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

·       Maintain accurate records and documentation, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence.

·       Assist in the preparation and processing of documents such as purchase orders, expense reports and employee records.

·       Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and visitors.

·       Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

·       Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence including email, phone calls and mail.

·       Coordinate appointments, meeting and travel arrangements for company executive and staff

·       Assists various departments with administrative tasks as needed

·       Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve  efficiency .

·       Support financial department in tracking expenses

Exigences scolaires

·  ·       Bachelor in Public Administration /Business administration

Expérience requise

  •   Minimum two (2) years of working experience in hospitality industry

Exigences supplémentaires

  • ·          Ability to read and analyze finance

    ·        A good understanding of administrative functions
